Indonesian snack manufacturer of gluten‑free cheese crackers
We make a cheese cracker that almost nobody else makes: the base is tapioca milled from Indonesian cassava, not wheat. Genuinely gluten free, made with real cheddar, HACCP certified and registered with BPOM (Indonesia’s food & drug authority) — and we will start you at 100 kg instead of a full container.
- HACCP certified
- BPOM registered
- Halal certified
- Gluten free
- OEM / private label
Built for the buyer who wants to test a market first
Most Indonesian snack factories quote you a full container and a four‑week lead time. We are small on purpose, which means you can trial a flavour, adjust it, and scale only once it sells.
Truly gluten free
Cassava tapioca base, not wheat with a gluten‑free claim bolted on. Opens the health‑food and coeliac aisles that ordinary cheese crackers cannot enter.
100 kg trial orders
Test the market before you commit capital. Scale to half container, full container or a monthly supply agreement when the numbers work.
Full OEM capability
Your brand, your packaging, and your recipe. We adjust seasoning strength, flavour profile and pack size for the market you are selling into.
Certified production
HACCP food safety management, BPOM registration and Halal certification. Certificate copies travel with every quotation.
9 variants, two retail formats
Every variant is built on the same cassava‑and‑cheddar base and comes in a 185 g family pack or a 50 g single‑serve, so you can mix flavours inside a single container without changing your import paperwork.
Full Cheese
The original. Savoury, heavy on real cheddar, no added sugar.
Choco Cheese
Sweet and savoury together — chocolate over the cheddar base.
Celery Cheese
Cheddar lifted with celery leaf. Distinctly Indonesian.
Barbecue Cheese
Smoky barbecue seasoning. Our strongest seller with cafes.

Put your own brand on it
This is where a small factory beats a large one. We are not protecting a mass‑market brand, so we can build a product around your market instead of asking you to resell ours.
- Your brand, your packaging design, your labelling language
- Recipe adjusted — seasoning strength, flavour profile, sweetness
- Pack sizes beyond our 185 g and 50 g formats on request
- Sample development before you commit to a production run
Certified before you ask
Three certifications sit behind every batch. We send the certificate copies with the first quotation rather than making you request them.
HACCP
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points. Documented food safety management across the production line, from cassava intake to sealed pack.
BPOM
Registration with Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, the Indonesian food and drug authority. The baseline any legitimate exporter must hold.
Halal
Halal certified ingredients and process — a requirement in the Gulf, Malaysia and Brunei, and a growing purchase signal elsewhere.
Certificate numbers and scans: issued to buyers on request with the first quotation, together with the product specification sheet and ingredient breakdown for your customs paperwork.
A family kitchen that grew into a factory
Elfath started in 2017 as two people making cheese crackers in a home kitchen in Purbalingga. Today we supply more than 100 resellers across Indonesia, have completed our first export shipments, and employ local residents — including people who would struggle to find work elsewhere in the district.
We are not going to pretend to be a multinational. What we offer instead is a factory small enough to answer your email personally and adapt a recipe for you, and disciplined enough to hold HACCP certification while doing it.
